Your Coach

Finding a simple, predictable path to feeling good is my legacy and passion.

Born and raised on the west coast, I attended The University of Oregon for my B.A. In Psychology and Master’s of Science in Couple’s and Family Therapy, hoping I’d find answers to instilling lasting emotional freedom in people of all ages, including myself. When I still felt anxious, insecure and stuck after going to therapy and becoming a therapist, I left the traditional mental health world to study somatic movement, breathwork and creativity as outlets to emotional freedom. I quickly experienced permanent increases in my level of inner peace, presence and empowerment.

With anxiety gone and a sense of inner safety established, people pleasing patterns, insecure relationships and the days of me being terrified to be seen in my gifts were gone. I finally felt at home within myself. I was able to speak on stage, lead transformational workshops and co-create deliciously healthy relationships with ease. I was besties with my body and my emotions were no longer a burden. I was finally living into my legacy in real time, without fear holding me back. And you can too.
