Hi, I’m Eliah

I grew up in Oregon and now live in London with a closet full of vintage jackets, a cupboard full of ginger tea and a passion for helping people feel better. I’m a Sagittarius who loves to run free and I could never figure out why I felt so trapped in my own life, relationships and body for so long.

Turns out, I used to shut down every time emotions came up and that habit held me in a life where I was disconnected — from my body, my dreams and truly loving , fulfilling relationships.

Now, I’m on a mission to teach what I most needed to learn to feel at home within myself - the absolutely foundational skill of Emotional Fluency.

Your emotions are the language of your body - learn to get into conversation with them, the overwhelmed or shutdown version of you will give way to the version of you who expresses freely what you need, desire and require in life, love and legacy.

How is this different from other emotional intelligence courses?

We’re bringing the work of your emotions into your body and out of your mind. We’re not just talking about what your emotions mean, we’re giving you a specific, creative and adaptable process to feel your feelings without overwhelm and listen to the guidance of your emotions.

Are there live calls in this course?

This 8 week LIVE group program includes 8 90 minute calls on zoom. On these calls you’ll learn new tools for emotional regulation, access integrative teachings and engage with your peers in group coaching and discussion. You’ll learn The Emotional Freedom Method and have the chance to ask your questions on implementing it.

Is this a one-size-fits-all method?

I teach a process called Creative Coping, because I believe there are INFINITE ways in which you can connect to and process your emotions. Every person on earth has a different need+desire for what that looks like. If emotions area journey, this course teaches you how to drive so you can pick the route and discover the destination.

How long do I have access to this course?

You’ll have access to the group call recordings for 1 year and be granted access to The Emotional Freedom self-paced course thereafter so you can revisit the materials whenever you desire a refresh! It takes practice to shift the way you process emotions - the course is there to support you after the program ends.

Who is this course for?

This course is generally recommended for people 18 or older. It’s for men, women, teens, grandpas, nans, dogs, teachers, therapists, clients, sisters, cousins and anyone else ready to access emotional freedom. Want to release the old habits keeping you feeling stuck, unseen, unheard and disconnected? You’re in the right place.

How much of a time commitment is this?

Each week you’ll have access to a 90 minute group call, a 5-10 minute creative coping practice and a single reflection question to interact with. The goal is to help you create a sustainable daily practice for emotional freedom - outside of attending or watching the weekly call, please allow for 20 minutes a day for your emotional freedom practice.
